Here at The Fitness Range being certified by the International Sports Science Association and by Silver Sneakers is something we are proud of.
Come take one of our group fitness classes where everyone is super supportive and a instructor that is encouraging and trained.
Classes are Monday and Wednesday evenings at 530 pm , Monday's at 3:45 pm and Saturday mornings at 830 a.m.

Depending on what your own personal fitness goals are there are many options as to what kind of training sessions will work best for you individually. Add in prior injuries or illnesses and it makes picking the right program even harder. That's where a personal trainer can program sessions that meet exactly what you personally need.
Proper form is essential. An injury from bad form is not only possible but likely. Once again this is where a personal trainer is a priority.
